We offer free shipping on orders over £65. *This applies only when there is not an existing free shipping offer available*.

We aim to process and ship your order the next working day and it will be sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

During peak periods dispatch times can extend up to 2 working days.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all original components. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene protection strip has been removed.

To start a return, log in to your account here using the email you used at checkout and select the order you’d like to return. Follow the steps to send us your return request.

We offer size exchanges on eligible unworn items. The exchange itself is free, but customers are responsible for return postage.
