Shipping policy

UK:

We aim to process and ship your order within 2 working days. Please then allow 3-4 days for delivery once shipped. 

EU:

We aim to process and ship your order within two working days. Please then allow up to 8 days for delivery. Our EU customers do not get charged duty and tax on delivery.

Your tracking information will be sent to you via email. If you have not received your tracking, please reach out to our customer support team who will assist you.

We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by our courier partners. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address to avoid mis-delivery. 

Should you enter the incorrect address, reach out to our customer support team and we may be able to change it, but unfortunately this is not guaranteed.

During busy periods like promotional events or holidays, order processing may take more time, but we hope to inform you of any delay.
